Embark on an unforgettable tour.  Our scenic cruise aboard the Princess offers a unique glimpse into the heart of Maine’s beautiful waterways. As the Princess gracefully glides into the expansive waters of Long Lake, the vista opens up to reveal panoramic views of sparkling blue water stretching far into the horizon. The sky above is a perfect canvas of soft clouds and sunlight, and the lakeside views are dotted with beautiful homes and boats. Then, the boat leisurely cruises under the iconic Naples Bridge, a picturesque structure that has become a beloved landmark in the area. 

As the cruise continues, the Princess enters the Chute River, a narrow and winding stretch that adds an element of adventure to the experience. The water here is crystal clear, and the surrounding landscape seems almost untouched, with towering trees and quiet shores offering a peaceful retreat. 

As you make your way toward Brandy Pond, the calmness of the water and the surrounding natural beauty continues to captivate. Brandy Pond’s peaceful waters reflect the sky, while the shoreline remains untouched, offering an idyllic scene of quiet beauty and tranquility. The boat glides through, allowing you to relax and take in the sight of the untouched wilderness around you.

The journey culminates as the boat reaches the Locks, where you’ll disembark for a 10-minute walkabout. This stop gives you the opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the surroundings on foot. The Songo River Locks are a set of historic locks located on the Songo River. These locks are part of the Sebago Lake and Cumberland Canal, which was constructed in the 1830s to connect Sebago Lake to Long Lake, providing a navigable waterway for transporting timber. The Songo River Locks hold historical significance, reflecting the region's industrial and transportation history. Over the years, the locks have undergone restoration and maintenance efforts to preserve their heritage and functionality.

You'll see some of the best colors in New England. The Princess is equipped with an enclosed deck for comfort, ample seating, state-of-the-art technology, and experienced captains.  Foliage cruises run from mid-September to mid-October based on weather and local foliage forecast.
