The Songo River Locks are a set of historic locks located on the Songo River. These locks are part of the Sebago Lake and Cumberland Canal, which was constructed in the 1830s to connect Sebago Lake to Long Lake, providing a navigable waterway for transporting timber. The Songo River Locks hold historical significance, reflecting the region's industrial and transportation history. Over the years, the locks have undergone restoration and maintenance efforts to preserve their heritage and functionality. Cruises travel through the locks into Brandy Pond and back.
